| 7-27-07: That's me
on the right. I was looking downward into a mirror as I drew
myself so I
ended up with a lovely double-chin (also known as a "meatbeard").
My wife insists that I drew my cheeks too big, but that's
pretty much what I see in the mirror everyday. I don't
usually wear glasses but I figured my self-portrait wasn't
goofy-looking enough without 'em. |

| 7-26-07: These are
the first sketches done with a new pen that finally had the
thickness (or rather "thin-ness") that I've long desired.
Both of these started out well but eventually got mangled by
my iffy crosshatching. |

on the left is based on a guy at work that annoys me to no
end. The, uh... thing on the right was just a spontaneous
thing. It's not actually from a dream, though that would
have been awesome! |
