know what inspired me to draw these figures, but the woman
reminds me of something Edward Gorey might have drawn. |

| 7-11-07: Here I
attempted to create some humorously cryptic imagery by
loading it with stuff that seems like it should have a bunch
of symbolism. Actually, it's just pure nonsense. By the way,
the skull guy has a glass sphere full of liquid atop his
head. The sphere contains a brain and is somehow attracting
lightning bolts. The brain ended up much more buttocks-like
then I intended. (I actually intended no likeness to
buttocks.) |

| 7-10-07: With these
I tried to come up with some new drawing styles. Well, new
for me, I mean. I used to be quite obsessive with
parallel lines in my doodling, so I brought it back for old
time's sake as you can see in the "coloring" of the boxer's
shorts, gloves, and boots as well as in the lettering. |

sketchbook is required to have a superhero. As for a guy
with no genitals... uh, not so much. |
