7/28/08: I realize that not all of these will be winners, but I actually hate this one. "Oops, I forgot to tell a joke!" Indeed.

Someone asked me to explain this one. I can't blame him. See, the cloud is being a jerk by imposing bad weather on the people below. We see that the good ol' sun comes along to tell the cloud to knock it off, only to unleash his own brand of bad weather.
